When I joined the teacher education program at Blue Valley CAPS we were automatic members of the national educators club called "Educators Rising". In February my class and I traveled to Educators Rising state conference that was taken place at Emporia State University. There we along sides several other schools are with the same interest; teaching. There we got the chance to observe several different presentation that relate to teaching. Whether it was about how to improve our classroom seating or how each student learns different in the classroom, etc. We all also hd the chance to compete if we were interested. I did compete in "Educators Rising Moment" which was a speech explaining the reason/s why I wanted to go into such a noble profession.
